Katrina has worked in the legal sector for 19 years and has specialised in private client law for over 12 years. She advises individuals, families and business owners on a full range of private client matters including the creation of Wills and Trusts, Succession and Estate Planning, Inheritance Tax planning, Domicile and International Succession issues, Executries including complex, high value, agricultural and cross border estates and Adults with Incapacity matters including Powers of Attorney and Guardianship. She is also experienced in advising on and creating Trusts for Vulnerable Adults.

In addition to her legal background, Katrina has worked for the local authority and a well-known wealth management firm and she applies this experience in her legal practice. Katrina regularly liaises with financial professionals to provide joined up holistic advice to clients.

Katrina has a warm and sensitive approach and prides herself on delivering her advice with compassion and care, whilst making complex legal matters clear and providing straightforward, tailored guidance to clients.

Katrina is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), the worldwide professional association for practitioners who specialise in succession planning for private clients.

She is also a Notary Public and registered with the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
