Of particular relevance to the first time buyer and people moving into the area, our initial advice will concentrate on the procedures involved in purchasing a property. This will generally include advice on noting interests, closing dates, negotiation, Home Reports, Land and Buildings Transaction Tax and the price to offer.

Once your offer for a property has been accepted, we attend to all of the necessary work required to complete your purchase. This includes examining the title to the property, checking Local Authority and Property Searches, complying with all the requirements of your mortgage lender, completing an LBTT return and registering your title following completion in the Land Register of Scotland.
