Market Appraisal/Valuation

Our sales valuer will visit your property to carry out a free, no obligation valuation and at this appointment all relevant property particulars will be taken so an honest, current valuation estimate can be provided.

 

Marketing of your property

Your property will be advertised on ASPC (Aberdeen Solicitors Property Centre) website which is the most effective advertising channel in Aberdeen and the North East.  ASPC advertising is only available through a firm of solicitors.

 

As well as ASPC your property will be advertised on our own company website; in the window of our property shop on Thistle Street, Aberdeen and on social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.

 

We work closely with professional photographers so any photographs of your property will be of the best quality - we want your property to look at its absolute best on all marketing material!

 

Home Report Survey

We will co-ordinate the preparation of a Home Report with one of our trusted Surveyors who are qualified and know the market well.  The Home Report is legally required before placing a property on the market for sale. You, the client, will be contacted directly by the surveyor to arrange a suitable day/time for their visit.  The surveyor will then carry out a pre-sale valuation home report for your approval and EPC (Energy Performance Cetificate).  The surveyor will also send you the property questionnaire for completion.

 

Viewings/Updates/Feedback

Our sales department are happy to carry out viewings on your behalf.  All viewing requests will be recorded in our property database system and after the viewing has been conducted the viewer will be contacted to obtain feedback.  Any feedback received will be discussed with you.

We will seek to obtain the best possible sale price on your property and ensure you are made aware of any notes of interest or offers received and discuss with you accordingly.  We will negotiate the sale price on your behalf to achieve the best price in the market at the time.
