Based in our Aberdeen office, Justin is a Solicitor and Notary Public who has been part of the Laurie & Co. team since the age of 16. 

A double graduate of the University of Aberdeen, he was recognised with multiple awards from the Law School and achieved a First-Class Honours degree in Scots Law, followed by a Diploma in Professional Legal Practice with Distinction. He is currently undertaking doctoral research alongside his legal work.

Justin specialises in Private Client work, with a focus on administering high-value and complex Executry Estates. He provides clients with clear, practical guidance on matters involving the Courts and HMRC.

He also advises on Wills, Powers of Attorney, and both lifetime and testamentary Trusts. Taking a collaborative approach to tax and estate planning, Justin works closely with financial advisers and accountants to ensure his clients receive well-rounded, strategic advice.

In addition, Justin contributes to the firm’s Court Department and appears in the Sheriff Courts when required.
