Utilising digital photography and up to the minute technology we will prepare an informative Schedule of Sales Particulars. We will only market the property once the Schedule has been approved by you.

Advertising

We will advertise your property in the Aberdeen Solicitors Property Centre which automatically posts your property for sale on its extensive comprehensive website  as well as our own website. The Aberdeen Solicitors Property Centre is the most effective advertising channel in Aberdeen and the North East. Almost without exception, anyone looking to purchase in the area will consult the ASPC weekly Brochure or website, and your property will remain advertised until it is sold, with no charge beyond the initial insertion fee. Advertising your property in the ASPC is only available through a firm of solicitors.

We will discuss with you the merits and extent to which you wish your property to be advertised in the local press and for niche properties we seek out specific journals specialising in that property type.

We seek to obtain competitive bids for properties and otherwise negotiate the sale for you but always subject to your instructions. When possible we will dovetail the dates of entry for the sale of your property and the purchase of a property.
