Property Leasing

We provide a full leasing and factoring service through our Property Shop.

We ensure that property for lease is comprehensively exposed. In addition to our Property Shop we recommend advertising in the Aberdeen Solicitors Property Centre and make extensive use of our mailing list system.

Our comprehensive factoring service includes taking references for prospective tenants, having Inventories prepared and conducting regular inspections, collecting and retaining deposits from tenants, collecting and paying out rent, ensuring compliance with gas regulations, dealing with the Council Tax Department and service providers and for Overseas Landlords making the appropriate arrangements with the Inland Revenue.
